| Women's Institute Recipes : Pudding

STERLING SAUCE
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tb. cream or milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Cream the butter and add the sugar gradually. Add the milk and
flavoring, drop by drop, to prevent separation. Beat until fluffy and
smooth. Chill and serve.
